There are many ways to cultivate a positive mindset, but daily affirmations tend to enforce a daily routine, mainly because we tend to repeat them daily or as frequent as possible.

They are a great way to increase self belief towards your goal, shift your mindset toward your desired thoughts.

How to Create Positive Daily Affirmations

The best way to create daily affirmations is to examine what it is you want to improve or focus on. The more you are precise of zone into a particular topic, the best it is.

1. Select Your Topic:  Once you have established your topic, write down short statements that are positive, inspirational and motivational.

2. Say Them Out Loud: there is nothing better than affirming your affirmations out loud. Reading your affirmations out loud, as more conviction and its powerful. 

3. Present Tense: Usually,  if not always, affirmations, are framing future events as present,  its more powerful if you affirmations are in a present tense. Its more powerful to say I Am Successful than I Will be Successful. – it provokes action

4. Meaningful: your affirmations should be something that is positive and that is meaningful to you. It is more effective to repeat affirmations that significant to you
